The (actual) Lukan Jump is a more or less yearly occurrence in the lectionary of the Byzantine rite. "The Lukan Jump" is the podcast location of homilies by a Byzantine Catholic priest who starts bouncing around when he gets excited about something.
Fr. Luke is a priest of the Byzantine Catholic Archeparchy (Archdiocese) of Pittsburgh, and serves as administrator of St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in Weirton, WV and St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church in Avella, PA. He can often be found at such fine institutions as Tudor's Biscuit World, Osaka Japan, and Chico Fiesta, all in Weirton.
